DESIGN-BUILD
The design-build method combines design and construction functions into one entity. This provides owners with a single point of contact for both the design and construction phases of a project. This means the owner, architect/engineer, and Axys Construction collaborate from the very beginnings of a project to its completion
DEVELOPMENT
We offer full-service development as well as construction. Starting with property searches, we use our database of commercial brokerage services and property software to bring options to the table. Once a property has been identified, we will help through all of the negotiations, land entitlements, platting and zoning processes to bring the project to a design and construction ready point for both for-sale and for-lease real estate
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Participating as a team member together with the owner and architect/engineer, we can help deliver top notch construction management solutions. This delivery method differs from design-build in that the construction manager starts with a complete set of plans to bid, manage and complete the project. Under an integrated design approach prior to construction management, Axys can act as a consultant to help guide the design from a construction perspective while working with the design team and owner.
